FAQ'S

Don’t leave home without

– Your Bible

– Notebook (the sermons are going to be noteworthy)

– Money (cash or credit) for Merch and Concessions

– Water (beverages will be provided with each meal and available for purchase throughout the event)

– Snacks (if you want/need them)

Leave at home

– Things to leave at home: tobacco products, weapons, drugs, alcohol, lighters, gaming systems, bad attitudes, etc.

Parents/guardians may be contacted if a youth is caught with any of these prohibited items requesting their youth be picked up from the VOX Conference at their own expense.

Please Note:

Students are allowed to bring their cell phones; however, cell phones will be discouraged from being used during the main sessions, unless being used for notes or a Bible App purposes ONLY. We want them to UNPLUG and get the BEST experience possible!

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds at this time.

If you are no longer able to attend the VOX Conference, tickets are transferrable up to a week before the conference.

The majority of our event will be indoors, so please dress comfortably (and modestly) for the event.  We will be worshipping enthusiastically and having opportunities for games and activities outdoors during the meal breaks so please make sure to be dressed for all conditions.

VOX Conference is designed for Middle School (including 5th graders who are in JVOX), High School, and College-age students.

Ticket cost covers the admittance to all the main sessions, break-out sessions, and materials needed on site.  Ticket costs also include on-site lunch and dinner on Saturday, October 7th.

Lunch and Dinner on Saturday, October 7th will be provided on-site for attendees. We will also have our café and concessions stand available Friday evening and throughout the day on Saturday for additional snack and refreshment purchases.  If the attendee chooses to pack their own snacks or beverages, we encourage them to please be mindful to bring healthy options that will help to keep them hydrated and equipped for the long day.

Yes! We do have a limited number of scholarships available to distribute to students in need. We trust God’s heart and plan for each person who will be at VOX Conference 2023. We certainly would not want a student to not be able to attend because of finances. Scholarships available while those specific funds last.

To apply for a scholarship, please select the attendee type of: Scholarship Requested and fill out the form within the registration. Our team will be in touch within the next week as to the availability of scholarships.

Main Sessions are when the entire conference is gathered in the main auditorium for a service, with worship and a message.

Breakout Sessions are smaller, topic-based gatherings scattered throughout the campus.  Attendees can select the topic(s) that most interest them.

There are a total of four main sessions each attendee will attend and two opportunities for the attendee to select one of the three breakout sessions available to them.

*There will also be a student ministry leader impartation session available during each of the breakout times.

Any youth who take prescription medication must bring only what is needed for the duration of the event in a clear bag.

Each student will be responsible for carrying and administering their own medication unless a parent or guardian is on-site volunteering.

If a student needs help with their medication, their small group leader can help administer it, so long as they have parental consent.

We will be posting all throughout the event @VOXConference23 for you to follow along.

We also encourage you to tag us in any posts from the event.
