Global Effect equips impoverished communities in the Dominican Republic to bring sustainable transformation that creates spiritual, economic, social, and educational impact. We are dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty in the lives of those we serve.

We work in the region of La Vega, Dominican Republic. We accomplish our mission through the following programs: High School Character & Leadership Development, Leadership Academy, Higher Education Program, Global Effect’s Career Institute, Student Housing Program, Psychology Department, Microlending Program, Juan Bosch Community Outreach, and Pastor & Leadership Training. We welcome short-term missions teams and interns.
