What did our VOX High School
Students do this Summer?
VOX Camp at Camp Sparta in Sebring, FL, is one of the biggest events our VOX High School Ministry has been looking forward to this year. From June 8-10, VOX got to take over 60 students and VOX Student Ministry Leaders to VOX Camp for a 3-day retreat that would focus on helping the VOX students grow spiritually through 3 sessions of impactful messages, time of ministry and worship and morning devotions. Our VOX students also had an opportunity to live relationally with other students by enjoying some exciting water activities with tubing, kayaking, and more!
The three sessions focused on how to HONOR God with our lives, stay ENGAGED in His Word and be REAL with Jesus and other believers, which helps us find freedom from sin through confessing to one another.
Since VOX Camp, we have heard many testimonies and praise reports from our VOX students that attended and our Ministry Leaders.
Some of the victories the VOX team had witnessed from the camp were:
Spiritual breakthrough in the students over sin issues and strongholds.
Bonds being formed and strengthened within our students.
Renewed hunger in spiritual habits and a renewed love for Jesus.
What's Next?
Join us in prayer that the seeds planted in these VOX students won’t land on the shallow ground but fall on good soil that will continue to grow so that these students can live Christ-centered lives and lead others to know of the abundant life in Jesus Christ.
