Trip Details: 
July 21-28, 2025 | Villavicencio, Colombia | Cost: $1,700

Colombia has a special place in the heart of CLF and the history of VOX. In 2012, CLF partnered with the Tiuso family and a pastor in Villavicencio to plant a church. This ministry of Jesus was light in the darkness, a church placed in the middle of brothels. Children began to find life in the work of the Foundation (Fundación Vida Cristiana). 

CLF began sending teams to do work to minister with the church. VOX took its first trip to Villavicencio in 2014. Our team focused on introducing hope through the truth of Jesus to the people of Villavicencio. While how we do our trips to this area has improved year after year, why we go remains the same. On this trip, our team in Colombia will work together to provide a children’s VBS and a youth Camp. Our trip this year will be the first back-to-back trip that VOX has ever taken. 

The children and students we work with are part of the Fundacion Vida Cristiana. Many of them are sponsored through the ministry A Better Hope to participate in weekday activities like tutoring and extracurricular activities, as well as receive food, uniforms, and counseling. 

VOX is incredibly blessed to work with Tiuma Park, an adventure park located in Villavicencio that provides all of our needs: excellent lodging, incredible food, total security, and ample space for us to host our VBS and Camp. Children and students will be brought to Tiuma Park for our VBS and Camp. 

Anticipated Timeline:

21: VOX travels to Miami, Bogota, and then Villavicencio to stay at Tiuma Park.

22-23: VOX leads a children’s VBS and Wednesday night service for the Fundacion

24–26: VOX leads a youth camp

27: VOX leads Sunday morning service for the Fundacion

28: VOX returns
