Member Facility Requests

*To request our facilities for an event, you must be a church member having completed our Life Track classes.

Please complete the Event Request Form below. A staff representative will then review your request and get back to you shortly after as to whether or not the requested event is approved. Upon approval of your event, you will meet with either the Department Head or a Staff Liaison to discuss the items requested on this form.

Please note, due to weekday school operations, the facility rental is limited and the building is not available for rental until after 6 PM Monday – Friday.
