FAQ:
What should I do if I have kids?

Until we re-open our ministries, KidLife will be in available in 2 places: 1) On Campus Experience, and 2) At Home Experience!

Option #1 is our On Campus Experience– If your family will be joining us on the CLF campus beginning in June, please know your children will have options to continue enjoying the KidLife ministries while sitting with you in the sanctuary. (Registration is still required through our website.) When you come to the CLF building, please know the KidLife door entrances will be closed. You will enter through the main lobby doors of our campus. Families will be encouraged to worship together during the music portion of the service and when the transition of the service goes to the main message, kids can then “PLUG-IN” to their personal devices to watch our KidLife message in the seat right next to you.

We are asking that you bring earbuds or headphones so this does not distract the main service. We will also have small bags available with color sheets and activity printouts for your child to go along with the KidLife messages. You can grab a bag at the self service tables in the lobby before you come in and have a seat. You can access the KidLife message videos on our KidLife page, YouTube channel or by downloading the Parent Cue App. This app will keep you up to date on all of the things KidLife from infants to 5th grade. Small groups will continue online Sunday afternoons to keep your child connected with other children involved in KidLife. Please make this a priority as children need other influences in their lives outside of just their immediate family.

Option #2 is our At Home Experience- If your family chooses this option, your family can access the KidLife message videos each week on our KidLife page, YouTube channel or by downloading the Parent Cue App. This app gives you extra activities with helpful options to enhance the video message that KidLife provides, along with music playlists, extra Bible video content, and  crafts and activities that you can do together at home. This app will also have age appropriate updates on the phases of life your child is in and devotionals and encouragement for you as parent. Small groups will continue online Sunday afternoons to keep your child connected with other children involved in KidLife. Please make this a priority as children need other influences in their lives outside of just their immediate family.

KidLife is here to PARTNER with you as a PARENT to LEAD your CHILD to DIVE into a CHRIST-CENTERED LIFE!

How do I reserve a seat?

Registration is required in order to attend a service on our physical campus, which will open the week prior to the Sunday service through the link provided in our weekly email newsletter or on the updates page of our website on Wednesdays. You must specify which service you will be attending. Once seating fills up, the registration will close until the following week.

What should I do if I'm not feeling well?

If you or anyone in your home has been sick or has a compromised immune system, we encourage you to stay home and watch our services online. They’re still fantastic!

How long until we're back to 100% capacity?

We are actively monitoring the COVID-19 situation and taking state regulations into consideration regarding the decisions and actions we take. At this point, we will be re-evaluting services on a month-to-month basis. We appreciate your grace and understanding during this time.

Will the cafe be open?

Unfortunately, no. The cafe will be closed during this time.

Will Spanish translation be available?

Live Spanish translation during service will temporarily only be available during our 9:30 AM service. However, it will continue to be available on our Church Online platform for both services.
